Summit is conveniently located on Washington Street (Route 16) near th Newton and Wellesley town line. We are conveniently accessed via Route 128, the MassPike (90) and Route 9. 

40 Washington Street is a 3-story brick office building with ample parking.  The entrance to parking lot from Washington Street services 36 Washington (on your left) and 40 Washington (on your right).  Summit is located at back left corner of 40 Washington and can be accessed directly from the parking lot.  Alternately, you can enter at the rear of the building and take elevator or stairs down to first floor.
